Lessons
Alongside our open sessions, MiniMuffin teaches structured classes — at DBC and, increasingly, at partner studios around DFW.
Single Column — Self-Tie & Self-Suspension Futos
A self-tying class built on the single column: consent and safety first, then three futomomos to explore, each with a different feel.
Spiral Futo
Flowy and rhythmic, with tension as foreplay. Great for sensuality, grounding, and solo practice. Breath pacing, stacked or spiral wraps, and a kanuki for structure.
Chaos Futo
Queer punk rope by Shay Tiziano — messy, intuitive, functional. Load-bearing points matter more than pretty patterns; improvise with purpose and anchor with intention.
Minimalist Suspendable
Fast, functional, flight-ready. Clean, thigh-loaded wraps and efficient rope use — sometimes a single wrap plus a kanuki is enough.
Classes at partner studios
MiniMuffin also teaches at Shibari Studios (DFW). Studio classes are ticketed and require studio vetting and registration ahead of time — don't wait until the day of. Ask and we'll point you to the current listing.
Every class is grounded in the same agreements — see the Charter and Education pages.
